Aging workforce requires new thinking for learning design

As the change in working age retirement starts to filter through the number of people over 60 still in the workforce is increasing. This population is not considered as disabled, however, they are differently able to counterparts 30 year’s younger. As we age unfortunately our senses change, eyesight is nit so keen, hearing range changes, and joints stiffen. Learning design needs to take this into consideration.
