The 2018 Learning Awards Host Announced

The Learning & Performance Institute is thrilled to announce that the host of the 2018 Learning Awards will be TV presenter, Tess Daly.

Down-to-earth Tess Daly is the darling of prime-time TV, currently hosting the jewel in the BBC’s crown, ‘Strictly Come Dancing’. Tess was born in Derbyshire but, aged 18, headed to London where she got her first taste of fame with modelling – a career which proved very successful, taking Tess around the globe.

Her first TV appearance in 2000 was hosting the Find Me A Model competition on The Big Breakfast. She went on to presenting shows including Singled Out, Smash Hits TV, SMTV Live, Back To Reality, the first series of Make Me a Supermodel and the hugely popular Strictly Come Dancing, which she co-hosted with Bruce Forsyth for 11 series. Since the Tess has also written a number of books and been the face of Pandora for over a year.

Please join us in welcoming Tess to the Learning Awards stage in February as we celebrate the very best of learning and performance across the globe.
