“The variety of responses given indicates that there needs to be a wider interpretation of learning and what it can achieve. The findings show that learners have expectations which lie outside of what traditional LMS systems can offer”.
“Organisations must not think of L&D as a separate entity – it must fit within the flow of work and be aligned to wider business goals. Respondents reported improvements in communication, employee engagement and company culture through the use of digital learning. The blended approach should include both digital and face-to-face delivery, but more broadly organisations must create an ecosystem which supports development in an engaging, accessible and empowering way.”
